Simple and efficient!… A deposit secures the showing of a properties which match your criteria.

*Note: : The service deposit ensures a secure date for apartment viewings and private transportation, if applicable, within Gush Dan (excluding central Tel Aviv), Hasharon, and Haifa areas.

A onetime service payment of half month’s rent * plus V.A.T is payable towards Momentum Israel after the contract is signed or a move into apartment of interest has taken place.

* V.A.T in Israel is 17%

This Service Includes:

Assistance in finding apartments – Property searches and facilitating appointments with homeowners for long-term rentals (usually a year). Terms may be flexible, dependent on the owner.

Mediation assistance in finalizing a lease agreement. This includes: translating lease agreements into English (optional service), bearing witness of lease signing, photocopying, scanning, and emailing necessary documents between renter/homeowner – either locally or from abroad.

Private transportation to all properties within a reasonable radius of 20 km. (Additional transportation services can be available, if necessary, at extra cost).
