A 5-day Memorable Christian Journey
Trip Overview
Day 1: A Journey Through the Past
Drive on the coastal road to Caesarea, walking tour of the Herodian city, the Roman Theater, Herod’s Palace and the bathhouses.
We will continue to Haifa, pass through the German Colony, lookout at the Baha’i Gardens and Haifa Bay.
We will continue to Acre to visit the knights’ halls and the Crusader tunnel, walk on the walls and cross the colorful market.

Day 2: Following Jesus’ upbringing
Traveling to Nazareth, the city where Jesus grew up, we will visit the Church of the Annunciation and the Church of St. Joseph.
We will continue to Tiberias, a wonderful resort town. We will drive through Kfar Kana and visit Mount Tabor.
Accommodation in the north
Day 3: Ancient North, A wonder in the Arava Desert
We will visit the Mount of Beatitudes, Tabgha and Capernaum. We will see the ruins of the ancient synagogue and continue to Jordanit, a baptism site.
Drive to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. We will arrive to an organized beach, where we will have the opportunity to experience the floating in the salt water
and cover the body with mineral-rich mud that is known for its skin healing abilities.

Day 4: Interwoven Religions
Drive to the Mount of Olives to view the city and visit the Church of Gethsemane.
Enter the Old City and pass through the Armenian Quarter and the Jewish quarter to the remains of the Cardo, a Roman street.
We will visit the Western Wall and then continue to the Christian Quarter, walk along the Via Dolorosa and visit the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.

Day 5: Mary and Jesus
Start the day with a visit to Bethlehem, the city mentioned in the New Testament as the birthplace of Jesus, and visit the Church of the Nativity
Which according to Christian tradition was built above the cave where Jesus was born. From Bethlehem we will drive to Ein Karem to the Church of the Visitation – the church is dedicated to the visit described in the annunciation according to Lucas – The visit of Mary, the mother of Jesus to Elisheva, the mother of John the Baptist, when both were pregnant.

About your guide :
Charlie, a licensed tour guide by the Israeli Ministry of Tourism, started his career as an assistant tour guide at the age of 12. He joined his uncle who ran a field school of the Society for the Protection of Nature in Santa Catharina in the Sinai Peninsula and ever since the love for the country is inherent in him.
Charlie has a great experience guiding incoming tourism of large groups, hi-tech companies, guests of governmental agencies, private companies, family and single tours (conducted in a limousine).
