The market with apartment rentals in Israel constantly changes as they come and go almost on a daily basis. Many homeowners also prefer not to post their photos or have them advertised.

I have just sent you a request for a one bedroom apartment in Jerusalem, near the High Court. I am from South Africa and want to move in December 2015. I do not need a fancy place just clean and neat. And to be on the bus route. I too am looking for employment. I have 35 years experience as a legal secretary – very efficient, diligent and hardworking. I would require a moving service from South Africa. I Would need one container.

Since we are usually out in the field helping other clients and apartments in Israel are highly competitive (are constantly becoming rented out, sometimes within 24 hours daily), we simply don’t have time to post photos of apartments that do no become relevant within these short time frames. Also many homeowners prefer to keep their apartments exclusive. We do assure you that apartments we see are the best in the area and match closest to your criteria (due to a short but simple questionnaire that you fill after securing a date with us!)

Do you do short term sublets/rentals?
Shalom Rachel, thanks for your comment. We usually work with long-term rentals (at least one year) We can possibly help with 6 months or more (depending on location). However if its for less time, its best to go through airbnb or booking.com.
